The contract of sale is drawn up in triplicate. One copy is intended for the buyer, one copy for the seller, and another one enters the database of the Public Register of Georgia during the registration process and is stored in its archive.
The contract is drawn up in the Georgian (state) language and in an understandable language for the buyer and for the seller. Therefore, the contract can be executed either only in Georgian (if both parties speak Georgian), or in two or three languages.
Developers (in addition to the standard contract in Georgian) usually have translations of their contracts in Russian and in English, which they can provide to the buyer.
If the contract is not available in the required language, you can use the services of a translator.
The cost of translating the text of the contract is approximately 10-15 US dollars per page.
