User Agreement (Public Offer)

1. General Provisions

1.1. This document is a public offer (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer" or "Agreement") by Geo-Home LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and sets out the rules for using the website geo-home.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Website").

1.2. This Agreement is addressed to any individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the "User") wishing to post an advertisement on the Website.

1.3. The use of the Website and the posting of advertisements constitute full and unconditional acceptance by the User of the terms of this Offer.

1.4. "Acceptance" means the User's unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Agreement, confirmed by checking the appropriate checkbox on the Website.

1.5. If the User does not agree with the terms of this Agreement, they must immediately stop using the Website.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Company provides the User with access to a platform for posting advertisements for the sale and rental of real estate.

2.2. The User agrees to use the Website solely for lawful purposes, complying with the terms of this Agreement and the laws of Georgia.

3. Terms of Advertisement Placement

3.1. The User guarantees that they provide only accurate information about the real estate property being sold or rented.

3.2. The advertisement must include:

• A correct description of the property (property type, area, floor, address or district, condition, etc.);
• The actual price and terms of the transaction;
• Photographs that accurately depict the property.

3.3. The following are prohibited:

• False or misleading information;
• Images unrelated to the real estate property;
• Duplicate advertisements;
• Advertisements with incorrect or deliberately false prices;
• Contact information in the advertisement text (it must be provided only in designated fields).

3.4. By posting an advertisement on the Website, the User agrees that their name, phone number, and email address, as provided during registration, will be displayed in the advertisement.

4. Prohibited Actions

4.1. The User agrees to adhere to business communication norms and online etiquette while using the Website.

4.2. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Insults, humiliation, or defamation of other advertisements, users, the Company, administrators, or the Website itself;
• Dissemination of false information that damages the reputation of the Website or its users;
• Public criticism of the Company in an inappropriate manner, including negative comments aimed at undermining trust in the platform.

5. Acceptance of Terms

This Agreement is considered accepted and concluded from the moment the User expresses their unconditional acceptance of these terms by checking the appropriate checkbox on the Website. This action (Acceptance) constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of all provisions of this Agreement.

6. Responsibilities of the Parties

6.1. The Company reserves the right to:

• Remove advertisements that violate the terms of this Agreement without prior notice;
• Block or restrict access to users who repeatedly violate Website rules;
• Modify the terms of advertisement placement and Website usage unilaterally.

6.2. The User bears full responsibility for the content of their advertisements and agrees to compensate for any damages caused to third parties due to the publication of false or misleading information.

7. Final Provisions

7.1. The Company reserves the right to amend this Agreement without prior notice. The current version of the Agreement is always available on the Website.

7.2. All disputes arising in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiations, and if an agreement cannot be reached, they shall be settled in court at the place of the Company's registration in accordance with the laws of Georgia.

7.3. Continued use of the Website after changes to the Agreement signifies the User's acceptance of the updated terms.
